Travis Waterman - Drums

Travis started out as a bass player, playing along with Meister in fellow Heavycore bands, The Breed of Sedition and Human Hatemachine. After struggling to find a drummer to keep up with them, he decided to dedicate himself to playing drums so they could keep jamming together. With Meister now playing with Low Twelve, when Wes decided to step down from the brutal drum throne, there was a short list of candidates to replace him and Travis was it. After learning half of the setlist in only a couple of weeks, he reported to the V-12 Concussion Chamber for a brief audition. Thus began what was dubbed as the new breed of Low Twelve.

The top 5 bands in his collection:
Lamb of God, Pantera, Tool, Sepultura, Anthrax
One musician that got him interested in playing music:
"I grew up playing bass in the 'hair metal' era. Nikki Sixx is still one of my favorites. I was always a big fan of Motley Crue and GN'R, then later got into things like Primus and Tool which changed up the way i played quite a bit. As a drummer now, i think possibly the best drummer today is Chris Adler from Lamb of God. The creativity that guy has behind a drumset is just crazy."
What is Travis' favorite Low Twelve song to play live?
"I still love Brutal World and sometimes can't believe i'm actually playing the song with these guys. But now i'm a little biased towards the first Low Twelve song i wrote with them and would have to say 'One Bone at a Time'."
